A selection of Sydney Life locations used in our photography workshops
Photographs of Sydney taken early Sunday morning, one of the few times during the week when I have The Rocks almost entirely to myself. I traveled to Sydney by train, got off at St James Station and took several shots between the platforms. A rare opportunity with nobody around.
Back on the train and alighted at Circular Quay where there was the a couple of people around. Then I continued into the historic Rocks area of the city. Once again there was no sign of life which presented a great opportunity for taking photographs of old buildings, alley ways and old sandstone stairs from the time of First Settlement.
At 6.30am I was all finished and back to City Extra at Circular Quay for a hot breakfast and coffee whilst watching Sydney Harbour slowly come to life. It was a great and exciting start to the day. I arrived home at 8am and my wife Suzanne was just getting up for breakfast.
