Our photography tour in the Narooma region of NSW includes:

  1. Three nights, four days with four star motel accommodation in Narooma.
  2. Visit to Montague Island for whale watching. See the Great Whales close up.
  3. Photograph from inside the lighthouse and capture a different perspective of Montague island.
  4. Take photographs of panoramic views.

2. Blue Mountains National Park Guided Sightseeing Tour with Photography Tuition

View the Jamison Valley fro cliff top lookouts. Walk alongside creeks as they begin their tinkling journey to the sea. Stand on sandy beaches and take photographs as you cross below the waterfalls. Perfect in summer with its cooler temperatures, or simply admire the rainforest .

You may see Waratahs, Mountain Devil , Banksia and Drumsticks in flower just a few of our many hardy mountain species. Look for the Black Cockatoo's and look for the Crimson Rozella's and the amazingly beautiful red King Parrots as they fly through the trees. Listen for the amazing Lyre bird as they imitate everything in hearing including chain saws and mobile phones.

3. Royal National Park, Wollongong, South Pacific Ocean cliff tops, beaches, flora and fauna sightseeing tours

Tour itinerary

  1. Walk through the RNP to the northern cliff tops. Here you will see some of the best coastline on the east coast of Australia with stunning views to the north and south. This is a gentle return walk following the sandy Coastal Track through Australia's' unique flora. With luck we will see a Wallaby, White Bellied Sea Eagle or see the Humpback or Southern Right whales migrate north in the right season.
  2. Visit the superb Wattamolla beaches and inlet - Royal National Park.
  3. Journey south along the beautiful fern lined rainforest Sir Bertram Stephens drive, and enter Northern Illawarra to visit native animals at a Wildlife Park.
  4. Stop at Stanwell Park Kiosk for morning tea refreshments.( Tea/ coffee or soft drink.)This is a surf beach and beauty spot in its own right and on some days you can see the hang gliders float slowly to earth before landing on the grass near the Kiosk.
  5. From Stanwell Park we travel south and cross over the famous and lovely Sea Cliff Bridge. We will stop to view the coastline panorama from the bridge.
  6. We continue the journey towards Wollongong stopping at a surf beach and rock platforms.
  7. Arrive at Wollongong for lunch, to the value of $35.00 which includes tea / coffee or soft drink, at a great restaurant overlooking the harbour.
  8. After lunch you may like to stroll along the combined walkway/ cycleway as the views are lovely all the way from the 'Gong Harbour to the Lagoon.
  9. Photography advice and tuition included for those who would like assistance.
  10. NOTE: Alcohol consumption is not allowed on this tour.

a. Beginner classes - The Rocks, Camden, Leura, Wollongong & the Royal National Park

Discover how to compose your photographs and not cut of heads and feet. Move from Auto mode to Manual, Shutter and Aperture priority. See how white balance can affect the appearance of your photographs. It's not difficult when you know how.

There are five locations below which embrace areas from the Blue Mountains rainforest and coastal regions to the Sydney CBD.

  1. Camden - Two hours tuition followed by a walk around Historic Camden and the Nepean River.
  2. Leura - Two hours tuition followed by a walk to waterfalls through rainforest.
  3. Sydney's, The Rocks - Two hours tuition followed by a walk around the Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay.
  4. The Royal National Park - Two hours tuition followed by a visit to a coastal rainforest location.
  5. Wollongong - Two hours tuition followed by a walk along the harbour foreshore between Fairy Creek and Wollongong Lighthouse.

All workshops have two hours tuition followed by a walk to practice your skills. These workshops are available for private individual and group bookings.

Example: Visitors to Sydney and staying in the CBD do not have to travel far for this superb location, it is on the door step. For locals our location is only a short walk from Circular Quay

The Rocks, Observatory Hill, Circular Quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge are all within s stone's throw of each other making these locations the perfect place to learn photography.

  • Experience the green coolness of our rainforests - 1 hour from Sydney by City Rail

The "Royal" is located south of Sydney across the Hacking River in close proximity to the Northern Illawarra.

  1. Our beginner classes are held at Audley close to any facilities you might require, there is no walking involved. People visiting the "Royal ", its walking tracks and trails do need some degree of fitness.
  2. The "Royal" with its beaches, sandstone and dappled rainforest light presents many challenges for the photographer, it is a great place to learn photography.
  3. The "Royal" offers both coastal and rainforest walks from 100 meters to 40 km overnight backpacks.

Three hour intermediate / advanced workshop in the Macarthur Region of NSW located South West of Sydney. These workshops run on Saturday and Sunday during the cooler mornings during Autumn, Winter and Spring. Winter is a wonderful time to catch the mists off of the rivers and frosts before the suns warmth melts the ice.
